This was a great class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and taught the class in such a way that all learning groups understood and comprehended the material.

Thank you for your feedback and attendance. We apologize for the poor audio that you experienced. You can watch the webcast on-demand using that same link to capture what you may have missed.

I appreciate the wide range of topics and content that you offer in the webcasts. The duration of 1 hour is good too. Thank you for offering these.

Being an Office fanboy, I really enjoyed the "Leadership Lessons from Michael Scoot." I thought it was both clever and relevant. Michael Scott certainly is not one to emulate, but elements of his leadership rang true, even if by the accident of his own personality, and the facilitators called these out and attributed positive lessons to them. It was a most enjoyable and information hour (ish),

Some webcasts are more engaging than others. The webcasts that offer lots of tips and resources to help me grow and engage my workforce are the more relevant ones to me. On the other hand the webcasts where presenters drone on continuously and have their presentations too wordy are the ones I hate the most. I like the feature as well that you offer the presentation slides, this is really useful and I appreciate it very much. Keep up the good work.
