Pricing is good. Products arrived quickly.

Product easy to order. Shipped in quick order. Price agreeable. Would order again.

You sent the wrong size. I ordered a lite pad 2 and I received the medium pad 3. I’ve kept them. But I expect better.

I did not like the original product purchased and when I called to ask about returning the product I was pleasantly surprised on how helpful the representative was. We were also sent a variety pack and this was very helpful in choosing the appropriate product for my husbands needs.
