Love this product

The variety of products is wonderful, and I love the value boxes of trial products. It is one stop shipping for all my supplies, and they are delivered to my door!

Since I am in assisted living Convenience being able to order when needed and not have to ask any one to shop for me.

I should have received my order last Monday. After calling you on MONDAY i LEARNED THAT THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN DELIVERED. Of course I didn't get the package so I called you again on Tuesday and found out the package was forwarded to an address in a town I never lived in. I asked if I could have another package sent as a REPLACEMENT. I was told no. I asked if I could have a refund and was told yes as soon I got the package and returned it to you at my expense. I asked if there was any way you COULD help me and was told that this situation was not your fault. I am mad. Because you have products I like I will probably continue to shop with you but I am not happy about it.

I purchased the Coloplast Gentle Rain Extra Mild Skin Cleanser, and it's everything I thought it would be! I used it immediately in the shower and my skin felt soft, clean and without ANY added ingredients, i.e., perfumes, etc. I have patchy Scleroderma around my joints, especially my hands and ankles. The skin is tight and stays dry no matter how much moisturizer I rub onto those affected areas. But this product was amazing! I'm very pleased with it! Definitely recommend!
