very easy to find what I need

I've ordered twice and have been very satisfied with the result. I intend to continue unless the product becomes available at a lower price from a different vendor.

Love to get these supplies from you but every time I go to order MY product--I can never find it! The packaging changes too often and makes finding the exact item super difficult. I order the exact same thing every time. Wish it was easier! I have multiple packages of items that were NOT what I wanted because of the wording in the description changed or the packaging itself changed.

These devices have helped me avoid embarrassing moments. They are somewhat awkward and briefly uncomfortable when first worn, however this does eliminate the need to carry extra underwear and wipes. I would recommend they be used in conjunction with better underwear than normal boxers, such as is available from Duluth trading and others. This supports the butterfly to the anus. I also use an incontinence pad installed backwards ie. large part to the rear as a backup. My issues were caused secondarily by exposure to agent orange and hope you all will approach the VA to get these into the VA system. s/ Doc Wallace, HM2, USN
