I received exactly what I ordered and was notified when it was being delivered. The notice indicated that it would arrive yesterday but it did not arrive until today. This is normal in this area so I know it is not due to anything that the company has done.

You've yet to correct my ability to create an online account. With this recent phone order, I did not get a confirmation email, I didn't have a tracking number or anything. Good thing I was smart enough to write down the order number so I could call to get updates. The products themselves are great, expensive, but an good alternative if you have the money and can't go into town.
