HDIS provides a very good product at a fair price. Orders are received quickly with no problems. I've only started ordering from them so I can't attest to past performances. But I plan to stay with this company to supply my needs in this area.

This company is completely unreliable. My 95 year old mother receives automatic monthly deliveries of incontinence supplies. This is paid for by Medicaid. Several times this year her supplies were not delivered. HDIS has a different reason every time it happens. Two weeks ago they said they could not deliver because of another random excuse. They finally agreed to deliver the following day. One week later, still no delivery. When I called they said there was another reason they couldn't deliver. I suspect they are instructed by medicaid to delay deliveries. My mother was completely out of supplies for one week. I will not be using this company anymore.

HDIS on-line staff is always responsive and the shipments are reliable. They truly understand the needs of people with physical challenges. Very compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
