The package was left out side in the rain delivery person never let me know it was delivered,fell all apart when picked up water ran all over my floor the box just fell all apart.

HDIS is an excellent company which we have used for years. My only problem has been trying to identify exactly the correct product which I have been using. When ordering on line, a product such as overnight briefs might look exactly like what I use. However when I receive it, the product might be slightly different. More definitive names or prominent product numbers would help.

When I began having leakage problems I had just purchased a handful of sexy undies. Then I voided in bed and was sure that was it for my marriage. I was 53 when I married. He took it better than I. A trip to a urologist where I was offered pills. Neither worked. Rather than buying in stores we decided on-line. They have improved the adult diapers so much. We now joke about our orders to HDIS. Overnight pads are evening wear, lighter diaperst day wear,etc No one knows what's being delivered to my front door. HDIS offers so many products at much better prices. Give them a try, you'll be pleased.

The ordering process and time to deliver are great+++. The cost was too high for my budget.
