Very easy ordering, great customer service, wide range of products reasonably priced.

The product was received, however the box containing g the product was open. Don't know whether all advertising papers were in the box. Other than this negative experience, I was satisfied with on time delivery, as a matter of fact was delivered before expected delivery date.

I NEEDED TO CHANGE OVERNIGHT UNDERWEAR SIZES FOR MY MOTHER. THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME THE BETTER SIZE AND A DAY OR SO LATER, THEY SENT ME SHIPPING LABELS SO I COULD RETURN THE WRONG SIZE. VERY HELPFUL!

The operator I spoke to was very helpful. It was my first order and she explained all to me. She helped me order just what I wanted and gave me all the credit for the mant coupons. I can't wait till the order arrives.

Your website is not the easiest one to use...if you had each product all together would make it much more friendly!!
