I've ordered twice...all is excellent

Rather than shipping to "16023," it first was shipped to "16923" at which point FEDEX caught the shipping error and phoned me to verify the correct address.

I ordered 2 adult size rubber pants for 92 yr old grandma. The first pair split at the seams & the bed was soaked. I was not pleased after 3 loads of pee-soaked laundry. However, the other pair is still ok, so maybe just this one pair that was defective. Would you like to send another pair to replace the one that split?

I love that you get to try all of the different shapes and sizes at the absorbency level you need.

The product we ordered was not for me by my mother. She loves it. The handle for the recliner lever work great. She no longer has to stand by the recliner to open it. She can set in the recliner. Much safer. Thank you and how ever designed it. Thank you.

I like that I can call and talk to the friendly people and they are so helpful. The service is so prompt.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH HDIS. I DO NOT HAVE TO SHOP IN STORES AND I SHOP IN THE PRIVACY OF MY OWN HOME. I LOVE THAT WHEN I CALL THEY ARE SO HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE. THEY HAVE SENT SAMPLES OF PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE ENDED UP BUYING THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE USED HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE SAMPLES THEY SENT. CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I HAVE EVEN SHARED MY PRODUCTS WITH A FRIEND AND SHE IS NOW USING HDIS.

I misunderstood what I was ordering. Customer service was extremely helpful to me. I am very satisfied with HDIS.
