I have had only one other experience with HDIS. which was a good one. But, this time I ended up with a case of overnight reassurance pants that are sized by waist measurements. Hello... I should have thought about it. Hind sight is 20/20. My hips are much larger than my waist. Now have a case that doesn't fit. But the rest of my order was great.

Service was fast and product was what I needed.

You have a lot of quality products, you need faster delivery.

The products are good but I had trouble with the website. I tried to have a different billing address than shipping address and needed assistance from your office. She also saw the problem. No where to enter coupon at check out. I think it would be nice to have a simpler price breakdown to compare products. It should be obvious how many pieces are in a case and the cost per piece.

Not particularly happy with the product. It was difficult to understand just what I was going to get. A bit disappointed in what came. Also, the price was misleading. Expected to pay less than $2.00 each, but the invoice was for $3.50 each. BIG difference.
