The way Sam helped me through my pornography addiction is incredible. I didn't think it was possible when I had been struggling for over 7 years. I thought maybe I could stay clean but that it would be a constant battle against the urges, but it wasn't anything like that. He taught me how to understand my emotions and when i learned that it was like a lightbulb moment where I no longer had these urges and battles that I couldn't understand. Now I knew why the urges were there in the firsr place and that it definitely was something I could work on.
