They were fast and efficient

Terrible experience with this company. It’s been three weeks since I gave my sample for the sports panel I ordered, and still no results. Every time I ask they just say they’re sorry and it will take more time - adding time each time I contact them. I’m wondering if these other reviews are even real, as at this point I’m inclined to believe I’ve been scammed and I’ll never see my results - which I really needed.

Had to wait less than 10 mins to get called to the back. The girl was friendly and personable. She got me on the first poke and it was painless. I went to a different lab 2 weeks prior and they couldn't get any blood. They poked me 3 times. On the third one, she got maybe 1/2 inch of blood in the thing. Then my vien blew and I was done after that. I was nervous going here thinking I would have the same experience. But they were great!

Excellent lab, clean and friendly and both times I have used them, I’ve gotten my results (in the easy portal) by the next morning.

Very easy to schedule and took no time at all. Quick and easy with results back fast.
