Excellent Follow-up using a local hearing aid professional.
The company arranged for a local office to conduct my hearing test and the fitting since the virtual hearing test did not work for me. The local hearing office professional worked with me to get the proper fitting and hearing aid adjustments which worked very well for me.

I had a wonderful experience with Patrick at Hear.com and the Dr Russo they recommended
I had a wonderful experience with Hear.com. The conversation with Patrick was enlightening to identify what I was actually having issues with. I had become more of a homebody and reader because I couldn’t stand not hearing conversations. I always believed the cost would make it out of reach for me but with the financing it was a win win. I am so enjoying the ability to hear my grandchildren clearly and socially I have begun to enjoy going out more often. Don’t be put off by thinking everyone will see them, I have cut my hair short since I have them and you don’t notice them at all

My experience with Hear.com was…
My experience with Hear.com was excellent. The staff is top notch and actually care about the service you receive. The Audiologist, Valerie Mull, was very good at her job. She took her time and made sure the hearing aids were setup correctly. Even issues that I couldn’t really explain well were quickly taken care of. The best part is: I CAN HEAR! The whole system they have setup is very well thought out. I’m very pleased with the whole online setup experience and I’m not what you’d call computer literate. I’d recommend it to anyone suffering from hearing loss. Plus it’s quite a bit cheaper than the local hearing aid centers. I’m impressed to say the least and it’s all done in the comfort of your own home at your convenience. It has truly changed my life for the better. Thank you Ashley and Valerie.
