Hi, Denny. I am sorry to hear that you feel you were scammed. Obviously, this is never our intention. I would like to clarify that we advertise our 45-day trial as "no-risk", not "risk-free". We are careful in choosing these words for this exact reason. We do ask for money up-front but if you return your hearing aids then you are fully refunded.
