Hi Greg! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We reviewed everything on your account, and you are right. We didn't mention the hearing test fee, however, this isn't standard practice. We are required to mention the hearing test fee if our provider has one. Because we didn't deliver on our end, we are going to cover the hearing test fee for you. To confirm please email me directly at [email protected]. I will make sure that we see this through. I look forward to hearing back from you. Update response from hear.com: We take these cases seriously, and this was brought up immediately to our management team. We reached out on August 1st via e-mail to apologize and let you know we'd cover the testing fee, and we also called August 3rd and left a voicemail. As we didn't hear back we wanted to make sure you knew you had this option so we reached out via Trustpilot.
