Only improvement: WIsh I would have received an email confirmation after making the purchase. Was a bit concerned that the purchase hadn't gone through.

We do send a confirmation and sadly it appears to go into some people's spam folders. Please check spam.

Shipping was timely and the packaging was great. I was not sure if this case would work for my son’s hearing aids but due to the description provided I was less concerned.
