Have not had item inflate but am happy with quality of product

I have been wearing the vest now for more than 2 years - but thankfully never had need of it. The only gripe, not even a complaint, is that it fits big. I'm a big chap, 230 lbs and 6'1", and my XL is actually too big.

Great piece of protection I love it and Feel more confident riding all six of my bikes however not happy with plastic clips or buckles when it scratches my gas tank on my sport bikes. All four of my sport bikes have scratches on gas tank. Other than that it has Been great.

Great products, but too heavy. Spidi is making a better more comfortable vest.

I purchased the vest and I like it. It feels a little heavy and restrictive at first but not really a concern. There is a learning curve on remembering to connect it and disconnect it before and after getting on the bike. I have forgotten to disconnect before getting off the bike but with the 60-lb required pull there was never any danger of a discharge. I would like to see a different type and color on the clip that attaches the vest to the bike lanyard so there is no way hook up wrong (which I have done). I purchased the Hi-viz and I'm glad I did with the way people are driving now. I did have to test it with a friend and it performed as expected - instantaneous and good protection. I hope I never have to use it but certainly adds a nice bit of protection and I feel its priced fairly for what you get.

Just the nature of an airbag gets a little hot in the summertime with minimum airflow to your body. Has gone off three times with me although wasn’t going slow and just tipped over and got very tight and secure the neck as well. But deflated in a reasonable time.

I've had my motorcycle vest for over a year now, it's been used every time I have ridden and gone off twice. Both times saved me from some injury. There could be some improvement in having more around the should protection area. Otherwise a great product.
