Everything from just making the account to talking to a doctor has been the smoothest experience. The doctors & care team really do care & work with you especially if you have insurance issues like myself.

After two weeks I am still in the same place I was before signing up. An order for preauthorization went unanswered for almost a week. When it did get submitted my insurance replied within 2 hours. Im not sure if I will have any progress at this point. I'm not optimistic.
