My experience was made great by my Doctor Who is understanding. I was able to get the medication that I needed to assist me to go back to my daily living.

Very easy process, super quick response with questions. I have used this service off and on for 3 years. Very satisfied and would recommend the alpha service to anyone. It’s so convenient to be able to complete the visits via my phone. Grateful to have found them :)

I appreciate access to my medication, but the cost goes up every year. And I understand why, but I literally JUST need my meds refilled every 3 months or so. I wish there was an option that took this into consideration.

I have lost over100lbs thanks to helloalpha. My only one complaint is sometimes the doctor isn’t the same for each visit. Some of the doctors aren’t as nice as others but other than that my experience has been great. Coming from someone who has major white coat syndrome this has been a life saver.
