Switched from Nurx to Alpha due to an incident where I was waiting on medication that took 3 weeks to arrive. Alpha processed my prescription quickly and it arrived quickly!

I asked for medication that I needed…
I asked for medication that I needed and was not given it and instead I was charged and sent the specific thing I asked to cancel.
