The delivery is a little slow but they did send what I needed

Please correct my address on my RX. I’ve emailed and messaged several times. I’ve updated my address in my profile and my script still says the old address. I’ve even called trupill and they said alpha medical had to be the one to update it. I honestly don’t understand how something so simple hasn’t been corrected with such a sophisticated app/service. Overall I’ve been very pleased with alpha medical. Just frustrated that my address hasn’t been corrected. Thank you.

Quick and efficient

Alpha has been amazing! My practitioner is so patient. Jackie has walked me through both hormone changes and I have started titration on a new antidepressant. I have had lots of questions and she has been so responsive and helpful. I was seeing a psychiatrist in person and seeing a specialist at the CCF for PMDD and she has been way more helpful in treating my symptoms.
