Alpha is amazing
Alpha is amazing, truly. They are helping me manage concerns that my own doctor has ignored and invalidated for years. Alpha providers review your feedback/photos and recommend several treatment plans, and you get to choose which one is best for you. They even send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy, within MINUTES! I feel like I finally have a choice in my treatment!

They will not read your notes properly…
They will not read your notes properly and prescribe you something you did not ask for. Their system did not deliver my notes of wanting hormone free birth control and still prescribed me something with hormones. Their system has a real flaw in it that can hurt someone. Please yall double and triple check everything they do!

The doctor addressed my needs and got…
The doctor addressed my needs and got back with me within 24 hours. Also, my medication was shipped to my home within 3-5 business days as promised. I would recommend Alpha Medical to anyone! My experience with them has been a great one!

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. My insurance doesn’t pay for this company so that’s a bummer. But it’s still reasonable priced and convenient, so I plan to continue to use their service.
