I have been trying to get in contact with someone to get a refund for five days now. I was misinformed about your services and thought it was more of a talkspace online therapy service. When I found out it wasn’t,I did not want to do it. I read your terms and conditions and saw that within three days I could get a refund. Not only was that ignored, you also sent and charged me for medicine I made it clear I did not want. I am disappointed and will not be interested in your services again.
