I won’t mind recommending Alpha because…
I won’t mind recommending Alpha because you get what you ask, however I signed up because there was an estimate delivery from 5 to 7 days, I did got my consultation done and my prescriptions were placed in order on the 11th of April, today is the 26th and I still missing one item and the expensive one. So no, my delivery hasn’t been completed yet. After I send a message they reply me back that this was all due to errors in the system. No different treatment were followed (expedite order, advance shipping) after the bug was found, just got a message that my order was resubmitted. As a medical company there has to be someone looking after bugs or back order, should not take the customer or let’s said patients to ask and figure there was an error.
