They sold out and I never received it. Even though I pre ordered. I was emailed I would receive it when they had more and I would receive a refund and 3 gifts only received one gift. I appreciate the refund though.

I was so impressed how the company handled an oversell error on their part. They notified us immediately, refunded the cost and sent us the product and some freebies when they could. We will definitely buy from them again and appreciate them being upfront and taking not only responsibility, but going above and beyond to make sure we are happy customers. Thank you!

The lip kit came after Christmas and I was impressed at how the company took responsibility and definitely gave my daughter treats to look forward to. Thanks for giving us a boost to the holiday despite the initial disappointment. You more than made up for it!
