I was surprised by the no returns policy, which I did not see until after I had placed the order. Products were also cheaper at Walmart, only ordered here for the Pink Slam Dunk, afraid it might sell out if I did not order right away, was a gift for my granddaughters birthday, and the product did not show up at Walmart until a few days after the launch.

As a licensed esthetician and esthetics instructor who loves science…I understand ingredients and products very well. I have loved several Bubble products for a long time and I do often recommend their products. Their products are great but so is their packaging and even marketing. But you know what is even better? Customer Service. Honestly, I think what tells you the most about a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. USPS apparently decided to send my package for a swim and then tape it back together and deliver it still soggy. This is not the fault of Bubble at all. But what did they do? Resend the entire order within 45 minutes of getting my email. No need to say more.

The blue boxes are already a dream, but what’s inside? Even better. My skin feels soft, hydrated, and genuinely glowy. You can tell the products are made with care and good ingredients. I honestly didn’t expect to love it this much – totally recommend!
