They have the best customer service. Also, great employees, where I had met one in person at a cafe. She was so friendly, when she noticed I was carrying the juicy lip balm in my keychain. I loved how she was enthusiastic sharing the history of the company and the lip balm

Wet bummed that I got this for me and a group of teachers and the chapstick part of it falls off the cap . We wear them on our lanyards and now one teacher already lost the chapstick park so it is now useless.
