I was nervous but the whole process was really calming, welcoming and informational. The whole site as a whole is easy to use and filled with different tools. I did the video chat with Dr. Leslie and he was really great. Asked me questions to get to know me better and then shared some options to help what I'm struggling with. In 10 minutes I got my letter. Definitely recommend the site and the talk to a doctor service.
