I wrote a review before and somehow it got deleted so if this posts twice then... forgive me. I had a pleasant experience with the doctor, particularly because they referred to me by my preferred name as specified in my description of my condition. This brings me to the crux of my problem with your application process, which seems to be a purely technological one. The application does not differentiate between assigned sex and gender. I am transgender, so all of my legal documents list my assigned sex. The lack of options forced me to label myself as the wrong gender, and to fix that I had to mention my actual gender, pronouns, and preferred name in a field that was not intended for that purpose. All ya'll need to do is make some minor changes to your application that would allow people to select assigned sex and gender as separate responses and include a field for preferred name. I know it seems like all I am doing is complaining, but I truly did appreciate the quality of the services I received. I just have a goal to make things more inclusive and comfortable for all patients in the future :)

The doctor was very helpful by explaining how to take something for sleep.

Was having trouble connecting with a doctor at first... waited an hr before I emailed them, the response was immediate and everyone extremely helpful and polite. Dr. Olsen was knowledgeable on many different levels. Highly recommend this website!

Once I got through the techno parts of the process, it was great. The consult was helpful & answered important questions. Not so easy for someone older with fewer computer skills.

I had a good consultation with Dr. Sharon Olson. She was very knowledgeable and professional in her discussion of an appropriate treatment for my condition. I give Dr. Olson 5 stars. The reason my review was 4 stars was because of the slow internet connection which interfered with a good quality conversation, otherwise I am very happy with my experience with HelloMD.

Using the video consult was weird as I had to wait for someone to join but besides that the service was great.
