Thanks to Hello MD for their excellent customer service, 24 hour information chatline and the tireless workers and service health professionals here to support our needs.

The service was great and quick. The only issue I had was actually getting connected via web cam but because they have the customer service online chat , someone was able to assist right away. I recommend this if you are looking for a place that provides Swift and kind customer service .

My only problem with it was that I am not very computer savy and it required me to do some computer stuff that I had difficulty understanding. Once in the interview though, I was very happy with Dr. Richard Kim. He answered all my questions and was very helpful!

The people on the chat line were great. The doctor was okay, I would have liked a better response to my problem. I will see how it goes.

Some confusion about the procedure but easy once I got to the Doctor. Very much liked the doctor who answered my questions.

I had a consultation with Dr. Olson. She had obviously read all of the info I had provided. She was very well prepared and informative. Was patient in answering my questions. I’m looking forward to receiving her written report as she promised it would include a summary of everything she told me....

Dr. Bugailiskis was businesslike, matter-of-fact and to the point--probably just the right tone for an interview of this sort. She listened to me and allowed questions, but it was clear that this conveyor line would move on soon. I'd say a good mix of expediency sprinkled with a touch of courtesy, all aimed at getting the job done quickly, economically--and then move on.

Relatively easy online process to obtain a statement from a medical doctor for nedical use of marijuana. The physician did go over my medical history with me and discussed the contraindications and perhaps side effects. Very professional
