My doctor was great the wait time wasn't that bad, it was overall a good experience .

At firs, being not technically savvy, I struggled with the website, until I say the (obvious) blue chat button. I got answers quickly, but got lost again. I got a quick phone call and a fellow helped me through my technical difficulties. I was given options to wait (leaving my iPad open) or pick future times. I waited, and fixed food and did some chores- none of which I could have done if I had to drive to an office (which can also be challenging depending on how I feel that day). The doctor was friendly, professional, and asked important questions. It was finished within a very short time. Thank you!

My doctor was very thorough during my consultation and made sure I understood the questions being asked and the recommendation. They are brief and fast but that also may be due to the fact that I was the last patient which is understandable. Other than that it was a great experience!

The Doctor was knowledgeable and courteous. Once connected the process was quick and easy. the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait time.

My Doctor consultation was quick and easy. My doctor asked me health related questions do determine which kind of cannabis would be suitable for me. He approved me right away. If I have further questions, I can consult the forums or for more privacy, I can contact him again via video conference. Now that's customer service!
