Paid my money on Wednesday, was assured I'd have my med rec in 20 min. Saturday rolls around, and I'm told I can't see anyone until Tuesday. See a doctor in person, this is not an easy process.

Was sold as a quick and easy way to get your rec renewed. AFTER taking my credit card, I was informed I could not get an appointment for over 3 days. What's the advantage? I can go five minutes from my house tomorrow and have it done at the same or lower cost. Oh and it well take 3 or 4 days to process the refund when I said forget it. Not impressed.

I was told the whole process would take 20 minutes or less. Once I signed up and paid the $50, I was instantly told that there are no doctors available at this time and to check back in in 30 minutes. So I messaged tech support because I am on vacation and cannot wait. They told me a doctor would be available in 4 hours and to wait, with the app open to ensure I get my appointment. So, I canceled my service, got a refund and went to a local doctor. Took me 45 minutes. I spent over 1 hour on hellomd with no luck at all.

First thing this guy said to me...."I see a female name but I am looking at a male". VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Andrew Vanderveer MD, seems like a nice guy, but he is obviously using too much of the product. I suppose this would be fine for a recreational user, but I am nearly 70, have never used cannabis and have cancer. I appreciate that this was an easy way to get a card, but this guy was a sad joke.

Dr. Olson seems like she generally doesn't approve of cannabis use. Made multiple negative judgments about me and my attitude that were pure projection. At one point she predicted that, because I didn't happen to know if my Vitamin D level was checked in my last panel or not (f* off!) that my bones are continuing to deteriorate, and that I'm well on my way to osteoporosis. I found that frankly bizarre, like she was trying to plant seeds of the worst possible outcome. I actually told her to back off on that. Also, according to her my bones are crumbling because my attitude is to just lay back and let doctors do the thinking for me. She should really f* right straight off, rude witch.

Not knowledge and extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Vanderveer did not seem interested nor seem helpful at all. BA
