I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very encouraged with how helpful the consultation was with the doctor.

I love what the doctor said and she gave me new light on the difference between CBD and THC. I didn't like everything she said but I am willing to try her treatment and know it was coming from a good place. Since I felt like I could trust her and did not feel as nervous. It was simple and easy. I would recommend it to everyone.

Cost and convenience were excellent. No travel to iffy neighborhoods to see a professional for recommend. Good help in getting my camera to work for "appointment". Ten minute wait to see a doctor. Next year, renewal, will be 5* due to no camera issues, which was not their fault. Medical interview was very professional and thorough, aided by the WebMD online medical history forms.

I was referred through my delivery service to renew and wow was it a bad start, so much that I actually googled other online renewals in the area while the technical difficulties were fixed.. Nonetheless, I wanted to give them the chance. So grinned and bared it and to my delight, it all worked out as it usually does in this " immidiate " response world we live in!! Thanks so much for saving me a 20 min drive just to sit in a room and do exactly what you guys do!!! There will always be things to iron out but keep on helping with compassion!! ☺

It was easy and convenient. However at first the credit card would not go through. I was instructed to sign out and back in and same problem. Then I was told they don't take Amex. I used a MasterCard instead and it was rejected, despite being in good standing, so I had to use a different card. It finally went through.

I like the service but i cant give them 5 stars for failing to answer my callls on the Internet twice.

Honest and intelligent doctor. Very useful service.
