Tunahan was awesome, very nice and very helpful. I called on a Sunday and he was here a couple hours later. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my washer good as new. I would highly recommend tunahan and this company.

Brian Aycock is the Amazing. He made the warranty worth purchasing. Customer service is phenomenal and knowledgeable of the appliances.

Super Home Warranty sends subpar contractors, who break your stuff then claim it isn't covered. Charge you to fix what they broke after stringing you along for 4-6 weeks. In my case they sent a contractor who broke a pipe and then said I had to pay thousands to give them access to fix it.

Elvis did a great job. He was polite, courteous, and professional. I would use him again. I've got tons of clothes to wash, looking forward to my machine working for years to come.
