Alexander’s service was great but The website didn’t let me know what the standard service price was. It only said what the service call amount was, which usually goes toward the service at most places whereas this was on top of the service. I will research this further because I thought I read that it goes toward the service itself.

Brian was very helpful and informative while trying to resolve an issue with our dishwasher. Excellent customer service and he was very transparent about the pros and cons of fixing our very old dishwasher vs getting a newer one. It is nice to know that he really wanted to help us and wasn’t just trying to run up the cost of the service. We would definitely recommend him and will use him for our repair needs again. 😊
