So much fast relief to UTI

I placed my order around 10:30pm & was able to pick up the medication at 9:30am the next morning. The process was extremely easy, the communication from the provider was straight forward.

On vacation gave my symptoms. Had a prescription over night. Started meds before I left for home. Great experience. Will recommend.

I used Wisp for treatment for a UTI and initially was impressed with how quickly my medical assessment was reviewed and approved. I was told my antibiotic prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, the pharmacist stated they never received the prescription request. He suggested the electronic request may have failed and advised me to contact Wisp to have it resent. Unfortunately, the only way to contact Wisp is through their messaging portal. I sent four messages over the course of five hours and received no response at all. I paid for treatment that I never actually received, and there has been zero communication or support. This situation is especially frustrating because I am leaving the country tomorrow and needed this antibiotic today. Instead, I am now forced to seek care elsewhere at a walk-in clinic after already paying for Wisp’s service. Quick approval means very little if there is no follow-through or customer support when something goes wrong. I am updating my 1 star rating to a 4 because the issue was resolved after 24 hours.

It was simple and I was able to get my meds the very next day.

The second my friends tell me they've got a yeasty i'm telling them about wisp. But that probably will not happen as I have few, not very close female friends. Women are inherently evil and are perturbed by my kind, innocent nature.

I like how I can get my medication asap. But what is the point of paying on the site and still have to pay more at the pharmacy. I paid $65 for meds on here and paid another $50 at the pharmacy.
