I really like this service. I felt like I was really heard. Everything is really quick too. I was able to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy the following day. No complaints.

My experience was related to the birth control pill. Fairly standard stuff, there are numerous online providers. I used Wisp, because I thought the medication was included in the cost. They do a good job promoting "No hidden fees" and "Free delivery". They made it sound like it was an option to have it sent to a pharmacy. Needless to say, my basic birth control pill was not included in the price. I have a feeling this happens more often that not. Then, the prescription they sent was not covered by my insurance, because the prescribing doctor was not covered by my insurance. Waste of time and money. On a side note, most birth control prescriptions are for a full year. If the medication isn't included in the cost, why would I pay Wisp $30 every 3 months, to write a new prescription?

It sucks. It's been a week and my pharmacy still has no prescription on file... they can transfer to any pharmacy if it's that hard... they keep telling me that i'm in the queue...

So easy to get the prescription you need. Service was quick and I got the answers I needed the only downfall was I was hoping to get birth control as well and when I said yes to seeing about getting it nothing was ever related to me about it
