Sandi was the only person in the ENTIRE customer service team to actually reach out. I had mentioned in my emails that I emailed two other teams (help @hemper.co /cx @hemper.co) and it wasn't until I went on the website itself and sent a message that I finally received help. It shouldn't be this difficult to get help over an order I had to wait over three weeks for and while yes I appreciate the $30 gift card and understand that the team is possibly consistent of three/four people at most, it's a little ridiculous that I'm four days away from being charged for the next subscription box and haven't even received the first one. Now, thanks to the blessing on your team whom is Sandi, I hopefully will receive it tomorrow since she made sure it went through urgently. I appreciate her work truly since she's the only one who bothered to reach out and made sure I'm good. I thank her again and hope she knows I appreciate it. As for the rest of the team, do better for your customers please.

The product that I ordered was back ordered (but did not say so online). When I emailed customer service asking for an order status, Sandi handled my case promptly with attentiveness and creativity in problem solving. Reviews online mention her excellent customer service skills and she did not disappoint. Thank you, Hemper Team! I am very excited to be a new customer and subscription member.
