Scam!! Hero24 presents itself as a platform for finding professionals for household and home-related services (moving, cleaning, repairs, etc.) in Finland. However, in practice, the company systematically: * Accepts orders and advance payments, but service providers fail to show up without prior notice. * Cancels services at the last minute (often citing a “vehicle breakdown” or other excuses) and does not issue refunds. * Ignores customer support requests: phone calls go unanswered, and emails are rarely answered or not answered at all. * Issues invoices through Klarna and other payment services even for services that were never provided. The company is not registered in the Finnish VAT register and does not pay VAT in Finland.

En voi suositella Hero24.com-palvelua oman kokemukseni perusteella. Minulla on ollut huolia yrityksen toiminnan läpinäkyvyydestä sekä yritystä koskevien tietojen saatavuudesta. En ole löytänyt riittävästi tietoa esimerkiksi ALV-rekisteröinnistä, yrityksen rakenteesta, maksuliikenteen järjestelyistä ja vastuuhenkilöiden toimipaikoista, mikä on heikentänyt luottamustani palveluun. Suosittelen kaikkia tarkistamaan yrityksen ajantasaiset rekisteri-, talous- ja taustatiedot ennen maksujen suorittamista tai yhteistyön aloittamista. Itse en käyttäisi palvelua uudelleen enkä voi suositella sitä muille. yritys menee konkurssiin 2022, ei maksa veroja, toimii pyramidihuijauksena ja tämäm perustaja: Kyröläinen Juho Emil ( hero24 oy Suosittelen kaikkia tarkistamaan yrityksen viralliset tiedot ja tekemään omat taustaselvityksensä ennen yhteistyön aloittamista.

I had a negative experience with hero24.com regarding an unpaid invoice. We completed the agreed work/service, but the payment was not made despite multiple follow-ups. Communication became difficult, and the issue remains unresolved. I recommend others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Make sure to secure clear payment terms in advance and consider partial upfront payment to reduce risk. I’m sharing this to raise awareness and hopefully prevent similar situations for others.

Älkää vaan käyttäkö tätä palvelua!!! Veloittavat palvelut etukäteen, eivätkä korvaa tilanteessa, jossa eivät voikaan tarjota maksamaasi palvelua. Ostamamme muuttopalvelu kaksiosta toiseen osoittautui todelliseksi fiaskoksi kestäen tunteja aiottua pidempään ja muuttaminen jäi suurimmilta osin itselle hoidettavaksi. Korvauksena olisivat hyvittäneet 100€ lahjakortin palveluihinsa. He eivät ole maksaneet myöskään muuttoporukalle, joka tuli ensimmäiselle keikalleen pakettiautolla luulossa, että siirtävät muutamia huonekaluja asunnosta toiseen. Sopimus sisälsi 20m3 kuorma-auton ja ammattitaitoiset muuttajat. Sähköposteihin eivät ole vastanneet ilmoitettuamme, ettemme hyväksy korvaustapaa tai summaa. Miten tällainen yritys voi ja saa edes toimia, kun perustuu huijaamiseen ja pelkkä mainonta täysin harhaanjohtavaa ja on siten laitonta toimintaa.

Älkää tilatko! Hero24 on Juho Kyröläisen uusi yritys. Vanha nimike samalle huijaukselle on Helpdor sitä entinen firma vedettiin konkurssiin yli 200 000 euron maksamattomien verojen vuoksi. Molemmat ovat HUIJAUS yrityksiä, joista on kuluttajalautakunnalle tehty yli 200 valitusta jo ennen vuotta 2023. Wikipedia kertoo totuuden, katsokaa netistä ”Juha Kyröläinen”. Tämä kaveri on tunnettu sarjayrittäjä ja huijari. Minulle tulee edelleen markkinointiviestejä täältä, vaikka en koskaan ole mitään tilannut, ja olin Helpdorin ”asiakas” v 2022.

Erittäin huonot kokemukset. Muuton aikataulu venyi, todella hidasta toimintaa. Maksettiin lisäpalvelusta, joka kuvattiin tulla suorittamaan seuraavan keikan jälkeen. Muuttomiehiä ei enää ikinä näkynyt, rahoja ei myöskään palautettu eikä yhteydenottoihin enää vastattu.

I booked a moving service from Hero24. They didn’t show up. No call, no message. I emailed and after a week of me threatening with bank chargeback and legal action + negative public reviews, they finally replied saying the refund is already in process and should take 3-13 days. But asked me to send my bank account details again to make sure the money is sent to the right place (but how can it already be in process then) ??!!!?? It seemed they were just trying to buy time, hoping I would forget it. I sent my IBAN. Gave them 2 weeks. Still no refund. After 14 days of silence, I filed a chargeback and got my money back from my bank within 5 days of the reclamation form I sent. Totally unprofessional. Avoid if you value your time or money. It seems the company has already gone out of business so I have no idea how they can even still be operational. I even talked personally with the guy who was contracted to do my moving job (he had to go to emergency room previous night and had no way of contacting me, wtf wouldn't they give him my contact info??) said that they haven't paid him either for previous jobs and he was fully supportive of my case. So the company is out of money. And they don't care about anyone. Why are they doing this? I don't understand. Admit defeat and move on Juho E which is the name in the emails and I'm guessing the only employee and owner. Who is he? Cmon dude, man up and stop this charade. You are just making it worse for yourself. What they are doing is highly unethical and should be illegal. Hopefully others will not get burned. This is such a waste of time. But I feel obligated to warn others. Don't be a fool like I was, not doing your researching and taking the cheapest option. Is it too good to be true? Yes, it is. If they owe you money, don't give up. You will get it back through your bank if services are not delivered. What sucks most is it was a sunday morning and I had to get my stuff from to storage. I ended up renting a van and did it all alone in the rain LOL. What a nightmare but I guess it made me stronger. ALL THE BEST everyone Hope you have a good life :)

And here’s where it gets even more suspicious: They demanded payment to a REVOLUT bank account in Lithuania, registered to: Konstitucijos Ave. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, Lithuania Why Lithuania? Because it’s harder to dispute, harder to trace, and easier for them to vanish with your money. Classic scam tactic. This company, HEROLABS OY, preys on vulnerable people—women living alone, foreigners unfamiliar with local systems, and anyone trying to save every cent. They smile politely, pretend to be professional, and then rob you blind with zero accountability or humanity. I am currently investigating this company with the police and consumer protection agencies in Finland.
