The humidifier works fine however…
The humidifier works fine however was not able to connect it to the app even after considerable communication with tech support

The only way you can do that is to get illustrated pictures showing or video showing how to do I have to go box and how to make it fitting with your phone and all of that none of that is working okay you need to find out what you're doing wrong in order to make it right

I’ve had several issues with my hey Abby grow box! The one on one support that I received has been top tier! Anytime I needed support Kayla and Oscar have been there to answer any questions or concerns! Thanks Hey Abby team you rock!

I wouldn't buy anything from them go through Amazon! Hey Abby they charge 29.00 for 400X microscope 9.99 shipping then to return they don't give you a return label! Spent $ 10.00 return shipping this product sucks.

The folks at hey Abby took care of the…
The folks at hey Abby took care of the leap year issue that plagued my grow operation. Especially when I could not update the firmware to fix the issue. I guess I bought mine too early and got one that would not update. And then when I could not put my BudCAM back onto it because it thought I already had one on it. All programming issues or bugs in the software that runs it fixed as it should be.
