Sales guy was a total idiot. Wasted my time

They advertise high ACH cashback for Google Ads spend. But there is fine print that they will not tell you during onboarding: you MUST give them FULL admin permissions to manage your Google Ads account to be eligible for cashback.

No customer service. I deposited two checks with them and they cleared. As soon as I started to use my funds, they closed my account, claiming that both checks were fraudulent. They claim that the funds were returned to the issuing bank. I had the persons that provided the checks, check with their banks. They said the funds were not returned. I asked Highbeam for proof that the funds were returned but they refused to provide it.

Highbeam has been great to work with. The platform is easy to set up and use, and the tools are designed in a way that actually makes sense for eCommerce businesses. Everything feels clear and straightforward. The team has been really helpful, especially Vaughn, any time I’ve had a question. They’re quick to respond and genuinely want to make sure you get the most out of the platform. Even though I haven’t used them for funding yet, my experience so far has been excellent, and I feel confident continuing with them. I’d recommend Highbeam to any business owner looking for a modern banking partner.

Get disapproved for no reason , Bad Support , no reply on emails
