Great way to make our business tracking.

Highfive is a great video conference platform. While there are areas to improve around screen sharing and audio playback, the customer service team has a been great to work with and has assured me that these are high priorities on their radar to address in future updates.

It works great and not many hiccups.

Easy to use. The AV people on this end are working on a little bit of improvement on the sound, but otherwise, this is a very good product

I like the quality of the sound!!!! The Video is good too. Here is what you can improve... Log in is confusing to outsiders. Need a warning tone someone is waiting to enter Leave an icon open if someone needs to enter (currently, it disappears) The screen to make calls from the speaker is not easy to use... delicate, small and not always responsive to the touch. Keep in mind that if the conference is started from a computer, not in the conference room there is no way to know someone is waiting to come on the call. So... put a notice on the TV as well as the computer. Can we purchase just the audio system?

Expiremented connection with bad sound. Easy to use

I've been using Highfive since last 5 months, It's really nice tool for video call and screen sharing, but I believe there are few features which can make Highfive more flexible!

Drop dead simple and just works!
