I needed a gun asap for my husband's birthday. Hinterland delivered it EARLY!! I was so impressed I will definitely use them again. Also the customer service rep I spoke with there was amazing. Just absolutely went above and beyond what was expected. This company does business the right way in every way.

I need to return a purchase made online. No one is ever at the phone. I leave a call back number and so far, no return call.

Hello David, Sorry to hear that you had trouble getting through the phone lines today - being Cyber Monday, the phone lines have been extremely busy today with a high call volume. You can reach us by email 24/7 and we will always reply very promptly. We also have a voicemail system in place if you do not wish to stay on hold until a representative is available by phone. All voicemails are returned promptly, in the order in which they are received. I do see that we already called you back this afternoon (before you wrote this review) and sent you the return form with instructions on how to return the item.
