Placed an order for five low voltage dimmer switches (cost >$600), expecting 3-day delivery (according to Shop.com). Seven days later nothing had arrived, so I called and was told I might not receive anything until a date that is two more weeks away. So it's actually more like 3-week delivery. I am currently waiting but wondering whether to try to cancel and find another solution.

Lights are not very bright, but that’s not the main problem, your app doesn’t work, it will not connect to our Wi-Fi. Apparently it only works with a 2.4 Wi-Fi, and when we called customer service we were told that we will not be able to use the app. Not happy at all…
