Finally solve the problems ,good customer service👍

This company advertise free photo editing tool as a pay-as-you-go service, using paypal I paid a small initial fee for credits to use the service, however I quickly realised that the software was not fit for purpose; it is in fact very poor quality and I uninstalled it. There was no subscription and no mention of one, however HitPaw presented a subscription payment to my PayPal account a month later for 32.04 euro. I requested a refund and HitPaw created a ticket and presented fake evidence to claim that I entered a subscription. The faked evidence even showed a payment in dollars, I believe HitPaw is scamware and the replies to emails are fully automated to deter complaints.

I've had Hitpaw Edimakor and Video Converter unlimited version for over 1 year and I am quite satisfied with the quality of my videos and what I have been able to use the converter for, expecially if I have a long video I cannot upload, I just place in my converter to "shrink" it. I am 100% satisfied with its use. The only frustrating aspect (though I understad the security element behind it) is that you cannot use it on more than one computer. If you are like me and have 2 or more laptops you work with for convenience, then its frustrating binding and unbinding when you cannot access your tool on another computer that is different from the one you initially registered with. Customer Service is topnotch! They respond quickly to all emails.

HitPaw has become an essential tool for my business, Fitness Classes Chilliwack. I use it regularly to edit videos promoting my Kickboxing Bootcamps, and it makes the entire process fast, simple, and professional. The software is easy to use, even when working with different video formats, trimming footage, improving quality, or preparing content for social media. It saves me a tremendous amount of time while still giving me the polished results I want for my business. If you create video content for marketing, social media, or your business, I highly recommend HitPaw. It has been an excellent investment for me.

This program is top tier. Improves my videos like no other. I love the fact that I can fine tune the setting so I can get the best result. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

音楽が好きで、Spotifyの方を利用させていただいております。 製品の方も良く、カスタマーセンターの対応も しっかりしており、今後も利用させていただきたいと 思っております。

Some of their software do not deliver what they promised. I made a $69.99 purchase to a software that was supposed to improve the quality of my video and that did ABSOLUTELY nothing to it. I've requested a refund and customer service keeps pushing back with different questions. Finally they said is my fault and that they would only refund 50% of it. This is a scam. I can't recommend a company that scam their customer with a product that doesn't work. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and will never buy anything from this company again.

Door een domme fout had ik geen toegang meer tot HitPaw. De Helpdesk gaf uitstekende service en loste het probleem binnen een dag op. Nu geniet ik weer van alle functies - vooral het verbeteren van oude video's verbaast me weer elke keer. Prima aankoop! Charles van Leeuwen. Nederland.
