I scheduled a live virtual one on one consultation with one of HOA Expresses team members. This was extremely useful. I haven’t done this type of meaning in the past, and it was an incredibly beneficial 20 minute call that answered all my questions. The HOA Express team was ready to serve our needs. Creating a web front end was very easy. There were times I needed to contact customer support and they responded within 2 hours of posting mon-fri. They don’t work weekends in support, although you can still leave a message. The website has a help button on most screens. It was easy to subscribe & they offered a discount for monthly vs yearly.
