I was desperately trying to download boarding passes for our WizzAir flight from Venice to Luton without success. WizzAir's website kept taking me round in circles and not recognising my confirmation code. At the 2nd time of contacting Holiday2 I managed to speak to Sam who was extremely helpful and offered to check in for me. Within a few minutes of collecting our details he sent the boarding passes through to my email address. I was getting nowhere until Sam stepped in. Excellent, patient service.

Claudiu was really efficient and helpful with my queries when I was considering this booking. He was quick to answer and offer suggestions and advice regarding flight options, suite availability etc. This is the first time I have used Holiday2 and it won't be the last if the holiday meets the high standards set during the booking process. Called holiday 2 for a cruise to Chile and Peru. The call was handled by Paul who was great. He told us all about the trip, very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t do enough for us very impressive top man
