My recent experience with HomeBox has been deeply frustrating and misleading. I purchased two bed+cupboard units that were faulty and broke within six months. Their team inspected and confirmed the flaws, agreeing to a full refund. On May 3rd, I even received an email confirming the refund was "successfully processed." For weeks, I followed up, only to be told it was a bank delay. However, last week, HomeBox completely changed their story, stating a cash refund was "not possible" and they would only credit my Shukran wallet. This is a direct contradiction of their initial agreement and confirmed processing. To add insult to injury, after promising a resolution within 24 hours, I've now received another email apologizing for further delays. This entire ordeal has been marked by false information, broken promises, and incredibly poor communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with how HomeBox has handled this case and would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before making any purchases. My trust is completely eroded.
