I signed up and paid for Spanish in healthcare, completed the handout only to find it would not allow me to take the test because the class was not approved for Florida. I took the class for my National Certification renewal and thought it qualified for NCBTMB 279778-00. I called and I believe spoke to Alex, who said I would receive a refund which I appreciated.
Response from HomeCEU· Jan 28, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. Maria We’re sorry for the confusion regarding course approval for Florida and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when taking the course for certification renewal. We’re glad our team was able to assist and provide a refund, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate course eligibility and accreditation details moving forward, we will pass this to our team.

I began receiving emails stating I had unlimited membership and courses “expiring soon”. The only date on the email was 02/02/26. I received multiple emails, most recently on 01/26/26. I was very surprised when I logged in on 01/26 and had no access to any courses. Customer service said “sorry” your membership expired on 01/21/26. While this may be true there is no transparency/communication and poor customer service in resolving miscommunication on the company’s end.
Response from HomeCEU· Jan 28, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Erin. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by our email communications. Your feedback regarding transparency and customer service is important to us, and we are taking it into consideration as we review and improve our communication processes. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret any inconvenience this caused.
