This company is fraud! Tom O'Donnell approached me about a friend of his wanting to use her 401K and his escrow friend would hold the 2nd. When the contract was not being honored Tom O'Donnell stated that he had nothing to do with it. See attached picture it being drawn up with his name. Tony Faulkner, his broker said that Tom was not paid out of escrow. When I showed him Tom was he was shocked at first, later believed a false story. Fraud all over it.

Least professional agent I have ever dealt with. Nightmarish experience! All their "in-house" nonsense is a bunch of subpar workers who are terrible at their jobs. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
